Between Guests uses a subscription model for owner accounts. Manage everything billing-related from Settings → Billing.

Subscription overview

The billing page shows your current plan status:
  • Plan name — which subscription tier you’re on
  • Status — active, past due, or cancelled
  • Renewal date — when your next billing cycle starts

Payment method

Click Manage Payment Method to:
  • Add or update your credit card
  • Switch between payment methods
Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe. Between Guests never stores your full card details.

Billing history

View past invoices and payment receipts. Each entry shows:
  • Date
  • Amount charged
  • Payment status
  • Link to download the invoice

Updating your subscription

To change your plan, click Manage Subscription on the billing page. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from there.
Changes to your subscription take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you’ll receive prorated access to the new plan immediately.
Cancelling your subscription doesn’t delete your account or data. Your properties, cleanings, and history are preserved. You can resubscribe at any time to regain full access.
